We will help you with filling up application forms for film permit and drone permit, submit to Foreign Press Center, getting their feedback and request for filming permissions from other places you want to film.
Logistics
Let’s help you with facilities, transportation, arrange locations, paper work, planning… We also can help you to book accommodation at locations you can’t find hotel online. We also can help you to book air tickets if you can’t purchase tickets by your card. We can arrange airport transfer … AND we are ready to travel anywhere you need, even the most remote location.
Studio/House / Room
You want to rent a studio or a house, a room for filming? You have specific requests about those location? => Let us help you to find and send you a quote for those locations!
Catering
Someone in your crew is vegetarian? Can only eat Halal-certified food? Can’t eat dairy products? Allergic to peanut? Doesn’t eat pork? You film at a remote location and don’t have time to go out for lunch? You need to depart early in the day before breakfast available? You need catering service for a meal, a day, or whole trip? Aerial Shoot/purchasing footage

Disbursement
In Vietnam you mostly only can spend in Vietnam Dong, and not all places can accept cards. Withdrawing cash from ATM is necessary but cumbersome. Not all the time you could find ATM, or an ATM which accept your card, and each time you only could withdraw a limited amount with high withdrawal fee => Let Vietnam Filming Fixer help you to take care of expenses! We will collect the receipts, record the expenses daily into excel file. (There might be a small charge for this)
Communication
